I am a multi-media artist based in Folkestone, UK. I studied at Central St. Martin’s and graduated with an MA from the Fine Art programme.
Revealing or drawing attention to the hidden or overlooked in our everyday lives is a recurring theme in my work. This involves working with time or duration and more recently sound .
Context is important. A space, place or site can be the beginning of a work or a period of experimentation. Alternatively, I may go in search of a suitable site for a work in progress. This often involves using non- gallery spaces such as my local plant store, shared office space, a lift , as well as more traditional gallery and performance spaces.
I hope to reach the widest possible audience and often engage with audiences who do not normally attend art events.
